Human Promoter Extractor (PromExtra)

The Promextra Windows application is designated to solve the problem of extracting promoters fast and simple for given list of genes. Gene indentificators from Affimetrix, EMBL, HUGO, SWISSPROT, RefSeq, GO and other biological databases can be used.
Output file is in the EMBL format.
